Common Questions

01. What is psychedelic integration and why is it important?

Psychedelic integration involves processing and making sense of your psychedelic experiences1. It's essential because it helps translate insights into meaningful, lasting changes in your daily life, enhancing personal growth and emotional well-being.

02. In brief, what does your program offer?

PsyAwaken offers 12 weekly self-paced exercises and tools designed to foster deep personal growth. Alongside these, you’ll participate in weekly live sessions with your cohort, providing an opportunity to discuss your experiences, reflect, share stories, ask questions, and connect with others on similar journeys.

03. What is the difference between 'integration therapy' and 'integration coaching'?

Integration therapy is more clinically oriented, dealing with psychological healing and mental health, and conducted by licensed professionals. Integration coaching2 is more focused on personal development, practical application of insights, and goal achievement, often facilitated by those with specialized training in integration processes rather than a formal mental health background.

04. Do I have to have a profound psychedelic experience to integrate?

Not at all. Integration is valuable process for any psychedelic experience, from the subtle to the profound. At PsyAwaken, we recognize the value in all types of journeys, be it microdosing, macrodosing, or ceremonial dosing. Our focus is on helping you make sense of and learn from these experiences, emphasizing personal growth and understanding. This program is designed for those who don't take psychedelics, as well!

05. What makes group integration different from individual integration?

Group integration offers the added benefit of shared experiences and collective wisdom. It fosters a sense of community and belonging, providing diverse perspectives and support that enrich the integration process.

06. Is psychedelics safe and how do I know if it's right for me?

While generally considered safe, psychedelics isn't for everyone. It's crucial to consider your physical and mental health history. Consulting with a healthcare professional and an experienced integration coach can help determine if it's suitable for you.

07. What kind of support can I expect from the community?

Expect empathetic, non-judgmental support, shared experiences, and insights from peers. The community offers a safe space for discussion, emotional support, and collective learning.

08. What should I expect in a typical group integration session?

In a typical live session, there will be guided discussions, shared personal experiences based on the asynchronous exercises and tools, expert insights, and supportive feedback. Sessions are designed to foster understanding, personal growth, and community connection.

09. Do you provide therapy?

While our services include support and guidance, they do not constitute therapy in the traditional sense. We recommend that those seeking professional therapy consult with a licensed therapist or healthcare provider. Our program can complement therapy but is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If you need assistance, please don't hesitate to ask for references!

10. I can't afford your program, right now. Do you have other options?

Yes! If you're interested in our monthly free sessions, you can easily sign up through our Eventbrite page. While these free sessions won't offer the dedicated group experience, resources, nor integration tools provided in our 3-month program, they still offer valuable benefits.

2 In our sessions, we will use coaching fundamentals, such as empathetic listening and asking open and honest questions, inspired by the Fixing vs Coaching exercise from The Grand World.
